Our Jewellery – A flat rate of €5 is charged for P&P. €8.20 for tracked post.
All of our orders are shipped using An Post for Ireland, UK, Europe and International orders.
In order to deliver on our promise of exceedingly personal service and ensure prompt delivery of your fabulous order, we guarantee to process all in-stock items within 1-2 business days and make every attempt to deliver your package within 3-5 business days after it ships from our warehouse.
Please ensure to provide us with a mobile or home number so the courier or post office can contact you if there are any problems.
Please note bank holidays may affect delivery time.
Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery (estimated time only) In the case that you need your order sooner please book registered post.
Returns & Replacements
EU Distance Selling Regulations
Under the EU Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to return unwanted goods. This “cooling-off” period gives you 14 days in which to cancel your order. The period starts the day that goods are received. All customers exercising this right must return the goods unused, in the original packaging with all supplied information.
To return goods during this period, please contact us. We will need confirmation in writing, as well as your name, address and invoice number, please submit this via email to / statementjewelleryladies@gmail.com or info@LadiesStatementJewellery.com. When exercising the right to cancel during the cooling-off period, goods are to be returned at the customer’s expense.
Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with a Returns Number and instructions to return the item.
You must use a reputable delivery service that can provide evidence that they have delivered the goods back to us. Please also ensure that goods are packed with sufficient outer packaging to ensure that no damage is caused in transit. We will not be responsible for such damage and would suggest that you use a carrier that offers insurance cover.
Please note the following point under the Consumer Rights Act 2022:
Under s.118(6), the consumer is required to take reasonable care of the goods
however.Items must be returned unused/unworn, in their original packaging with all labels/tags attached.

without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after receiving

Outside Of EU Regulation Period Policy
Outside of the “cooling off” period the following exchange and returns policy applies:
Exchanges and Returns are only valid within 14 days of receipt.
If you wish to return any of your pieces, please email us with your order number and reason for return/exchange to statementjewelleryladies@gmail.com or info@ladiesStatementJewellery.com. Once we receive your return/exchange request, we will provide you with a Returns Number and instructions to return the item.

No exchange or returns on Earrings or Sale/Clearance items.
Damaged/ Incorrect Items
All items are Quality Checked before dispatching our warehouse.
If you do receive an item that has been damaged or is incorrect, please email us detailing your order number and a description of the damage or incorrect item(s) to statementjewelleryladies@gmail.com/ info@ladiesStatementJewellery.com.
Once we receive your return/exchange request we will agree on an exchange or credit and provide a Returns Number and instructions to return the item.
Assuming that our return’s policy has been adhered to returned goods will be credited within 14 days of our receiving them.
If you are not completely delighted with your purchase(s) from Ladies Statement Jewellery you may return your purchase
Please note the following points under the Consumer Rights Act 2022:
• Under s.113(4), the consumer has the statutory right to cancel a distance
contract by making a statement to the trader within 14 days of taking
physical possession of the goods.
• Under s.118(4), the consumer must then return the goods to the trader
without undue delay and no later than 14 days after the day on which
they informed the trader of the cancellation..
Returns or Exchanges are accepted only on unworn items in resalable condition. ( with original packaging ). Please let us know if any Items received are damaged on receipt within 48 by email including a picture to statementjewelleryladies@gmail.com/ info@ladiesstatementjewellery.com, after that, they will be deemed to be in perfect condition.
We will, of course, refund cost of returns ( standard post ) for any damaged or wrong goods. Jewellery smelling of perfume or smoke cannot be returned and we will return to the customer upon receipt .- the customer must be happy with the quality before they decide to wear it and forfeit the right to return.
Please send us an Email to confirm your returns and we will give you a return address. Return Postage for items you wish to exchange must be borne by the customer.
Please note for hygiene reasons there is strictly no exchange or refund on earrings.
